Gower News LogoGower News is a community-focused website, independently administered by Creative-Admin. Gower News was established in 1999, primarily as a dynamic Gower information resource in which to provide a range of Gower-related information.

Taking full advantage of the ever expanding social-media scene, Gower News’ content is made available to as wide-ranging audience as possible. As a result, Gower News is growing in popularity as a quality source of reliable, relevant and up-to-date Gower-related information. So much so, Gower News is currently the main source of Gower-related information for the official Mumbles Tourist Information Centre website.

Gower News’ main aim is to 'promote all things Gower'. In addition to a comprehensive tourist information section and what’s on guide, Gower News also features local community and business news. A new addition to the Gower News website is the editorial content written exclusively for Swansea Metropolitan University's Student Eye newspaper. This new feature provides information about exploring all Gower has to offer with a specific focus on informing Swansea students. Articles written for the Swansea Eye newspaper by Gower News are published approximately four times a year and feature in the Gower-Zine section of the Gower News website, as well as the newspaper itself.

Gower News’ search engine ranking success on both Google and Yahoo! is largely as a result of the depth of content that is now available. New and varied content is added almost daily; there is something for everyone on the Gower News website. “Brilliant news for Swansea Bay website Gower News - www.gowernews.co.uk Their Google search ranking for the term 'gower news' is number one! Not bad for one of the freshest faces to emerge on the Swansea Bay media circuit,” said Andy Pearson of Andy Pearson Publicity.

Advertisements on Gower News are highly competitive in price, and include ‘value added’ elements: editorial copy and regular promotions to followers on Gower News’ social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook.
